Standard Permit Application Information
- One copy of the Building Permit Application completely filled out
- Contractor's drawings and list of materials (if applicable)
- One opy of Site Plan, showing placement of house or building, lot line distances, driveway, well and septic sytem locations
- Certificate of Insurance and Worker's Compensation for contractor(s), or affidavit of exemption
- Return application and accompaning documents to the Code Enforcement Office for review and approval
